Leather Working Group
Leather Working Group certified products are made from leather sourced from eco-friendly leather manufacturers. They have been inspected and certified according to the standards of the Leather Working Group.
Vagabond Shoemakers has created the Tara boots for women in search of a trendy look. Made of Cowskin, they also come in a stylish black colour. You’ll also appreciate the natural fabric lining and the synthetic sole. A model that give us a good dose of fashion sense.
Vagabond’s textile linings are all made from sustainable materials such as GOTS certified organic cotton or recycled polyester. Some models have Tencel linings. The insoles are always made of chrome-free tanned leather. The same goes for the leather linings likely to touch bare skin, to avoid the risk of skin allergies. Most of the brand’s leathers now come from Leather Working Group (LWG) classified tanneries, and by 2022, Vagabond’s goal is to have all tanneries LWG classified.
